SU 57 NE BASILDON SMITHS CORNER

House. Mid C17 with C20 additions. Timber framed and rendered. Old tile
roof half hipped to left, end stack to right, and ridge stack off-centre to
left. 3 framed bays. 2 storeys. 2 first floor 5-light leaded casements
to right flanking C20 casement, 2-light leaded casement to left, and C20
casement to far left. 3 ground floor 5-light leaded casements to right and
two 2-light leaded casements to left. Central half glazed boarded door
between second and third windows from right. C20 lean-to projecting to
right of one storey with 4-light leaded casement and half glazed door in
left-hand return front.
