GV II

House, now inn. C17 with C18 and later alterations. Coursed limestone rubble, roughcast
to first floor and to left; gabled artificial stone slate roof; brick end and ridge stacks.
3-unit plan. 2-storey bay to left has C20 door and C19 five-light casement with C20 window
to jettied window. Central jettied range of 2 storeys and attic; 4-window range. C20 door
to right and horned 6-pane sashes. Two gabled roof dormers. Late C18 cottage to right
of one storey and attic. 3-window range front has timber lintels over horned 6-pane sashes
and two gabled dormers. Interior: chamfered beams and central open fireplace.
