Early to mid C18 farmhouse. Double pile, symmetrical plan, two
storeys with attics. Red brick, hipped plain tile roof with
tall square symmetrical stack and dentil brick eaves cornice.
Windows and door altered in mid C19 by Dr. Webb. Three gabled
dormer windows with horizontal sliding sashes with glazing
bars. Five first floor hung sash windows in gauged brick
arches. Gauged brick band between floors. Four ground floor
hung sash windows with central six-panelled door in architraved
doorcase with open pediment on console brackets with fanned key
block. Interior has C18 staircase possibly altered in C19,
large cooking hearth in kitchen. Fire insurance plaque above
front entrance.
