Late C18/early C19. Painted rubble with rendered elevation to the Harbour.
3 storeys, 1 window, sashes with glazing bars, Incongruous modern shop
window with fascia above. Tarred slate hipped roof. Included for groupvalue.

All the listed buildings on the west side of The Harbour form a group.
