frieze and cornice at first floor, stucco lined out and painted. 3
storeys and cellar. 3 glazing bar sashes, the centre blocked on second
floor, ground floor has 3 closely spaced sashes and door to right with flanking
pilasters plain rectangular fanlight and 3 stone steps.
