SP 62 NW BARTON HARTSHORN

6/5 Barton Grounds Farmhouse

Dated 1788. Rubble stone with timber-lintels to openings. Slate roof,
end stacks. 2 storeys and attic. 3 bays. 3-light wooden casements in
outer bays. Central bay has door with timber porch, gabled and slated,
with 2-light casement above. Paired leaded casements in gabled dormers.
Date plaque above door inscribed W.L. Esq. T.E.T....? 1788.
