C1830-40 a pair of small semi-detached stucco faced villas with flanking coach houses,
symmetrical overall. Ground floor channelled up to first floor sill band. Party
wall emphasised by a broad pilaster strip with incised Soanian panel to each floor.
Each house has 2 first floor windows and one on ground floor, revealed glazing bar
sashes. Doorways have slender incised panel pilasters with deep entablatures and
shallow cornices. Panelled reveals and soffits to 5 panel doors with rectangular
marginal glazed fanlights. Passage doors link 2 storey coach houses with pediments.
Round arch window above segmental arched coach doors.
