Mid C19 inn. Brick, rendered with plain tile roof. One gault
brick end stack with two shafts set diagonally and one side
stack to north. Two storeys. Entry in two storey wing with
shaped gable and Duncombe coat of arms. Another two storey wing
with half-hipped roof to west. Recessed hung sashes.
