Built as a 'vista' building in late C18 facing Kimbolton Park.
Two storeys, symmetrical plan with projecting flat roofed
porch. Red brick, coursed in English bond to first floor level;
stone ashlar first floor, parapet and pediment. Plain tile roof
with side stack to west. Central first floor round arched
window with blocks at impost, flanked by two ovolo mullioned two
light windows. Small two light windows in centre of parapet
with moulded cornice. Moulded brick, round headed arch to
closed porch with moulded stone cornice.
