Terrace. c.1874 (central pair dated on plaque). By Austin and Roland Plumbe for
the Queen's Park Estate of the Artisans, Labourers and General Dwellings Company
Yellow brick with red brick dressings. Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, each 2
bays. Free Gothic style. Gabled porch to central pair, otherwise corbelled
porches with tiled roof contain paired entrances with Tudor-arched doorways,
half-glazed doors. End houses have entrances to returns and tripartite windows
to each floor. Paired sashes with dividing colonette and moulded lintels.
Above, mainly sashes with margin lights. Moulded eaves cornice. This terrace
forms part of the main street of the Estate.
