C16 or C17 red brick structure. Entrance under 4-centred arch to chamber with
pointed brick vault. Arched niches in South wall. 4 large stones embedded in
outer South wall. Passage to North-east with low, pointed vault and narrow niche
in side. Open area at end has walls with sloped coping. Part of old water supply
to Eltham Palace. RCHM.
