GV II

House. Circa mid to late C18, extended in early C19. Stone rubble. Rag slate roof
with gable ends with parallel range to rear left. End stacks with short brick
shafts.
Plan: 2-room and passage plan with entrance slightly to left of centre. Probably
larger hall kitchen on right and smaller parlour on left, both heated by end stacks.
In circa early C19 the house was extended with a 2-storey service range to rear left.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Almost symmetrical 2 window front with entrance to left of
centre. Circa C20 open porch flanked C19 by 2-light casement to left and C19 16-pane
sash to right. First floor with C19 2-light casement and C19 16-pane sash.
Interior: Not inspected.
