House. Early C19, built as part of Malthouse workers' housing
complex in same style as 1-7 Brewery Terrace (q.v.). Rendered,
slate roof, brick stack. One storey and attic. 3 windows,
gabled dormers with paired casements, 2 paired casements to ground
floor with slight alterations to glazing bars. Central gabled
porch with fishscale slates, finial and bargeboard, and boarded
door. Included for group value with 1-7 Brewery Terrace and
Brewery House (q.v.).
