Stable block. 1895-9 by Edward Burgess. Red brick with stone dressings.
Graded stone slate roof; gable to left with 2-light casement, projecting
gabled entrance off-centre to right with boarded door, 4-light mullioned
attic window, clock with hoodmould in gable above and octagonal timber
cupola behind with domed lead cap and lead ball finial. 1 storey and
attic. U-plan. North-east front: entrance flanked by 2 glazing bar
sashes on each side, 3 blank arches to left, 2 with C20 casements and
one with C20 door. Wings projecting to right and left with C20
alterations and additions.
