House. Circa 1720. Red brick with grey headers, plinth, plat band; wooden
dentil eaves cornice to old tile roof with end stacks and parapets, and 3
dormers with C19 casements with 4 octagonal lights, those at ends with
triangular pediment and that in centre with segmental pediment. 2 storeys
and attic; 5 bays, glazing bar sashes with exposed wooden boxes and gauged
heads. Central 6-panelled door with radial fanlight. Doorcase has Ionic
pilasters with blocked rustication, 5 block keystone, pulvinated frieze
and triangular pediment. Interior: C18 staircase with twisted balusters
and wainscot panelling, fully panelled left-hand ground floor room.
