House, now offices and restaurant. Early C19 with later alterations. Stuccoed
walls with rusticated quoin strips; roof not visible; brick stacks. Original
plan form unclear. 3 storeys; 5-window range. Early C20 stone ashlar portico,
with pilasters to shop front on left and Doric columns to 3-bay rounded loggia
on right. 1:3:1 fenestration above has 6-pane sashes flanked by blind windows in
outer bays. Moulded cornice beneath parapet, which has raised architrave panels.
Right side wall has mid C19 fenestration with 2-pane sashes set in moulded and
keyed segmental architraves. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
