Probably C18 altered, 2 storey and attic, roughcast, lime-washed, 2 near-flush
frame lst floor sash windows now with centre glazing bars only, small attic
casement with glazing bars. Slate roof. Entrance with 4-panel door, fanlight
and wood case with consoles. Ground floor altered near-flush from windows.

All the listed buildings in Paternoster Row form an important group opposite
or near St Mary's Church.
