TQ 2781 SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER GREAT CUMBERLAND PLACE, W1 54/50 No 43 GV II Terraced town house, incorporating mews access. c.1800-20, Portman Estate develop- ment. Stock brick; channelled stucco ground floor; concealed slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 3 windows wide. Ground floor has doorway next to left hand mews entry and one window to right; panelled door and rectangular fanlight in stucco architrave, flanked by pilasters carrying entablature. Recessed sashes, under flat gauged red brick arches to upper floors. Cast iron balcony across 1st floor. Parapet with stone coping. Cast iron area railings with urn finials. Included for group value only.
