House. Dated L.P. 1740 on brick to rear. Red brick with tuck pointing.
Wooden eaves cornice to old tile roof, hipped to left with 2 end
stacks to left, one truncated. 2 storeys; 2 bays, segmental headed
glazing bar sashes with exposed wooden boxes. One storey addition set
back to left with coped parapet to flat roof, and boarded door.
