floor arcading contains 3 windows and two doors with fanlights. First floor
windows in moulded stone architraves supporting pediments. Second floor windows
in moulded architraves. Band under cills and above ground floor. Stone cornice
and pediment.

No 3 (H M Inspector of Taxes) shall be amended to read No 4A
