House. Late C17 with C19 refenestration. Flint with brick dressings,
plinth and plat band. Moulded wooden eaves cornice to old tile roof with
end stack to left and 2 hipped dormers with 2-light casements, one in
centre and one off-centre to right. Partial catslide to rear with central
C17 gabled stair projection. 2 storeys and attic. 3 first floor 2-light
casements with Gothick traceried heads. 2 ground floor 3-light casements
with Gothick traceried heads and heavy stone surrounds flanking central
6-panelled door with rectangular 2-light overlight and heavy stone surround
with cornice on scrolled brackets. Interior: C17 square well staircase
to rear with 3 flights to each floor, square newels, turned balusters,
moulded rail and continuous string. Wall paintings under wallpaper in
first floor room to right.
