House, now two dwellings. Early C18, altered c1870. Coursed limestone rubble;
gabled stone slate roof; brick end stacks. 2-unit plan with through-passage. 2
storeys; 5-window range. Central C20 door set in mid Cl9 moulded wood
architrave, to right of mid C19 bracketed flat hood over C20 door. Timber
lintels over tripartite sash to right and mid Cl9 two-pane sashes. Rear: late
C18 two-storey wings of similar materials to left and right. Interior: No.17c to
left has cased beams and c.1860 dog-leg stairs. No.l9 not inspected but likely
to be of interest.
