House. c1840. Brick with stone dressings and hipped and gabled
slate roofs. Brick plinth, moulded eaves, 2 ridge and single
gable stacks. 2 storeys; 6x3 bays. Projecting north front has
canted corners. 2 glazing bar sashes, and below, to left, a
plain sash. To right, a moulded round headed doorcase with
panelled pilasters and keystone, and recessed half glazed
door. 2 storey rear wing, to right, has 4 C20 windows with
segmental heads. Below, to left, a segment headed plank door
flanked to left by a French window and to right by a large C20
casement. To right, 2 close boarded doors. Street front has 3
plain sashes, with central blank on each floor.
