House. Early C19. Rendered, probably over stone rubble. Gable-ended scantle-slate
roof. Brick stack.
Plan and development: Two-room plan with central axial stack. Entrance to right of
stack. Two storeys.
Exterior: Two-window front; early C19 boxed 16-pane glazing bar sashes (each leaf
with 4 panes across and 2 up), to first floor to left on ground floor. Small 6-paned
ground-floor sash to right. C20 door off-centre to right with 2-part rectangular
overlight.
Interior not inspected.
Mid to late C19 low stone rubble garden walls to front with chamfered stone coping
and pair of central square piers with shallow pyramidal caps flanking wrought-iron
gate.
