Thatch roof, hipped at east gable. Stacks, C20, brick at ridge
(Grove-Road side). 1½ storeys. 2- and 3-light wooden casements with.
glazing-bars, C20. Wooden cills and lintels. C2O plank door to new
pentice slate-roofed porch on east gable-wall.
