Detached Farmhouse, c. mid C18 with C19 extension. North elevation: rubble stone walls. Slate roof with stone gable-copings and moulded kneelers. Brick stacks at left and gable, ridge to right of centre, and at north gable-end. Two storeys. Four windows, with one window in return range. Three-light wooden casements, without glazing-bars. Wooden cills and lintels over. Sashes with glazing-bars at right-hand side, and two half-dormers, sashes C20. Front door, in the angle, with flush panels and a glass light over, C19.
