5/101 Trebandy Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Probably early C17 with early C19 and later alterations.
Painted and rendered sandstone rubble, hipped Welsh slate roof and rendered
stacks. Rectangular plan with entrance front to south. Cellar with two
and three storeys. South elevation has two storeys, three windows, glazing
bar sashes, central late C20 door and dentilled eaves cornice. West elevation
has three storeys, three windows, chamfered mullions with moulded labels of
three and four lights some of which are blocked. Cellar has similar mullioned
windows, one of four lights to left, two of two lights to right and a segmental
headed entry to left of centre. Interior not inspected. (RCHM, Vol I, p 199).
