ST 76 SE MONKTON COMBE SHAFT ROAD (north side)

Detached house. Early C19. Ashlar; C20 tiled roof behind coped parapet and
moulded cornice; ashlar stacks with capping. 2 storeys and basement. 3 bays,
the outer ones are slightly advanced; 16-pane glazing bar sash windows, in shallow
round-headed niches on ground floor; plain band over. Later C19 bay with large
pane sash window at left. Central panelled door under fanlight and later glazed
porch. Lower 2 storey wing set back at right.
