GV II

Gate and gate posts. Early C18. Wrought iron. Single leaf gate with
wrought iron gate posts supported by stanchions; gate has decorative dog
rail and central band of ornamentation, above which are four lyre shaped
motifs. Further scroll work over gate. The gate was installed in its
present position in 1984, and was removed from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Tyne
and Wear.
