Outbuilding and wall, probably once stable. Circa 1800. Limestone rubble
with stone slate roof. Two storeys. West wall has three windows on ground
floor, and four on first floor. They have plain reveals and segmental brick
arches, except for the right-hand one on the ground floor which has a timber
lintel. Gables coped with chimneys. At the north-west corner is a wall with
coping and gateway, which returns to abutt No 111 (qv). Included for group
value.
