Detached Cottage. Mid C18. Coursed, squared, rubble walls. Thatch
roof with stone gable-copings and scroll-kneelers. Brick stacks at
each gable, partly original. 1½ storeys. 3 windows, 3-light wooden
casements with horizontal glazing-bars. Wooden lintels and cills.
Some lead lights survive in left hand upper. Slight eyebrow dormers.
Front door at centre, C19, with 2 flush-panels, and 4 glass lights
over. Beaded oak frame. Thatch porch carried on 2 wooden posts.
C19 rear addition to the house, rubble walls and a hipped slate roof.
C20 brick stack at eaves. C20 panelled door with a bracketed wooden
canopy over.
