Inn. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations and additions. Limestone and pennant
rubble, stone tiled roof, double Roman tiled roof to addition to right and to rear.
Former through passage plan. 2½ storeys and 3 windows, ground floor has two
3-light wooden casements of unequal sizes, door to right of centre with flat stone
hood on brackets; first floor has 18-pane horizontal sliding sash to left, two
2-light wooden casements to right; 2 large gables, each with 2-light casement;
single storey lean-to attached to left with 3-light casement; 1½ storey wing to
right has 3-pane window (formerly door), 2-light window and 3-pane light under
eaves, C20 double door. Left return has 2-light casement at first floor and
8-pane horizontal sliding sash under eaves. Rear has small single storey C20
extension, two 2-light casements and door inside, 2 similar windows at first
floor, two 2-light dormers, to left gabled, gable to right; single storey C20
addition with 2 windows to right; addition to left has roofs of different heights
at rear, garage doors, C20 door and windows. Interior: chamfered beams at
ground floor left, door to front right room with cambered head, front left attic
room has door with triangular head and chamfered frame, strap hinges; rear wall
about one metre thick.
