House. Early C19. Brick on sandstone plinth, painted stone dressings,
hipped stone tile roof, rear stacks. Two storeys, moulded stone cornice
and parapet; three windows: two 16-pane sashes flank a 12-pane sash, fluted
keystones to monolithic stepped wedge lintel simulating voussoirs. Central
entrance with flat canopy of Tuscan columns, moulded cornice, fanlight, 6-
panelled 2-leaf door, upper two glazed.
