7/146 Luccombe Farmhouse,
including attached
railings to front.

Detached Farmhouse. Later C18. Dressed stone lias walls. Roman-
tile roof with stone gable-copings and level kneelers. Renewed
brick stacks at left and right hand gables. 2 storeys. 4 windows,
3-light wooden casements with iron centre lights. Wooden cills.
Stone arch-voussoirs over. Front door, left of centre, plank with
6 glass lights, wooden frame, C20. At rear, pentice stone-copings of
an original outshut survive, though present outshut is rubble-stone
with a flat felt roof. Attached cast-iron railings to front of
house, on a stone sleeper wall.
