Mid C19. Hammer-dressed stone. Pitched stone slate roof. Stone brackets
to gutter. 3 sashes. Included for its characteristic late C19 shopfront:
viz; horizontally rusticated pilasters, with Tuscan capitals, entablature and
dentilled cornice (now boarded over); door with curved glass panels either
side: and 3 painted glass panels below window, with legend "Jewellers. Fillans
and Sons. Watchmakers".
