Two dwellings in one range, part of group. 1663 (dated) with alterations. Coursed
rubble. Quoins. Stone slate roof with copings, to west, on moulded kneelers.
Central ashlar stack. Two storeys. Original door, on east gable, with deep lintel
and datestone over inscribed: 1663

(Roger Armitage). C19 2-light window to right. Altered C19 six-light window to first
floor. South elevation: 3 bays are visible with later central door. To left is
former 8-light double chamfered mullioned and transomed window, now with only central
mullion remaining and sashes. Cross window to right. At first floor level: small
central light with Tudor false arch. Four-light double chamfered window to left,
later 2-light window to right. Elevation is part obscured by later dwellings.
