Cruck framed house with C17 facade and datestone of 1746 over door (latter probably
denoting a restoration). 2 pairs of crucks extending full height of house remain
at eastern end. Ironstone facade. Swithland slate roof with off-centre and end
chimney. 1 ½ storeys. 2 gabled dormers break through eaves, centre smaller eyebrow
dormer. Ground floor has 3 windows of 3 lights each with C17 stone mullions
and a small altered end window. Door with 4-centred arch. Rear cross wing.
