On the map called Knapp Farm. C17 or earlier timber-framed building, refaced
in the C18 with coursed stone and red brick dressings and quoins. Tiled roof.
Glazing bars intact. Outer windows have three lights each. Doorway with flat
hood on brackets, probably modern. Two storeys. Three windows.
