Former rectory, now house. This stands in the Old Midhurst Road which is a dead
end leading out of the new road. Early C19. Faced with Roman cement. Eaves
cornice. Hipped slate roof. Glazing bars intact. The east window-bay projects
slightly. Bay window at west end of ground floor. Trellised iron porch with
tent-shaped canopy made of glass.
