Mid to late C17 timber-frame cottage with C18 heightened roof of slate with
gabled ends and C18 refronting of painted stone, two storeys, two windows,
first floor two modern three-light casements with leaded panes, ground
floor large modern bay and porch. In gable end is exposed mid-to-late C17
timber-framing in lattice pattern with C18 timber-framing of heightened
roof above. On right large late C19 painted brick wing. On left
single storey C18/19 with remains of C17 timbering inside. Lean-to at rear.
Interior ground floor exposed timbering, east room has stop-chamfered
ceiling beam and west room exposed joists.
