A folly or tower forming a lodge of Petworth Park. Probably a verderer's look-
out originally. Late C18. Square tower of three storeys with a higher
octagonal staircase turret in the south east corner. Ashlar. Castellated
parapet. Sash windows with rounded heads and glazing bars. One window to each
front.
