Mid to late C18 with later alterations. House and former barn. Hammer
dressed stone. Quoins. Pitched stone slate roof (recently re-roofed). Moulded
footstones to house. Central stack. 2 storeys. South elevation: Ground floor;
Entrance with stone surrounds and tie-stones with motif on lintel. One 4-light
stone mullioned window (recessed and formerly chamfered) (2 mullions removed).
One 3-light stone mullioned window (altered) (one mullion removed). First floor;
One 4-light stone mullioned window (chamfered and recessed). (2 mullions
removed). One 3-light stone mullioned window (1 mullion removed). North eleva-
tion: Various altered and later windows. East gable: 2 later single lights.
Former barn to east end has been rebuilt and has: East elevation: Each floor;
One 4-light stone mullioned window (possible former 8-light). One 2-light stone
mullioned window (possible former 4-light).
