College. 1895. Designed by Lieutenant H H Cole of the Royal Engineers. Stucco
with inset panels of coloured "Sgraffito" decoration by F W Moody. Four
storeys. Three main bays. Central entrance within canted bay rising full height
of building. Oriels to either side to second and third storeys. Mullion and
transom windows with "Ipswich Motif". Plate glass. Eaves bracketed cornice and
railings. Return to right with similar treatment.
