Early C19 stuccoed facade, probably to earlier building. Cornice and parapet,
tiled mansard roof. 2 storeys and attic with 3 dormers. 5 windows; sashes with
late C19 glazing, those of lst floor with moulded architraves, and all except western
one, with bracketed cornices above. Modern shop fronts. Carriageway arch at west
end. At rear, Nos 121A and 122A part of same building, painted brick. 2 stcreys,
2 windows, sashes with glazing bars and small fixed window. (N.M.R. )

Nos 120 to 138 (consec) with the Iron Gates and Overthrow between Nos 132 and 133
and the Roman Catholic Church and Primary School (buildings of local interest) form
a group.
