House. c1840. Roughly coursed rubble with Welsh slate roof. 2
storeys, 2-unit plan with central entrance, extended soon
after constuction by a further bay to the north. Door in
lattice-work porch with leaded canopy flanked on each floor by
12-pane sash windows with brick jambs and flat stone lintels
to ground floor windows. Lower casement window with margin
lights and flat stone lintel over doorway. Single 12-pane sash
window on each floor in additional bay to the north. Brick
stacks on original end walls.
