Warehouse, Early C19. Brick with stone dressings. 4
storeys, 7 bays to Temple Court, 3 bays to Mathew Street.
1st floor sill course and cornice. 2 ground floor windows
of 3 lights to left and 5 lights to right of entrance with
iron mullions. 1st and 2nd floor windows have wedge
lintels, and are sashed, those to 2nd floor with glazing
bars, 3rd floor 2-light windows with wooden mullions.
Entrance with cornice on consoles, 3 roundels over door.
Matthew Street facade of 3 bays with recessed loading bay
which has pedimented cat - head. Stone pediment brick
tympanum. Windows are sashed except for 3rd floor casement
windows, ground floor windows without glazing bars.
