Circa 1840 villa of 2½ storeys, 5 windows. Low pitched, hipped slate roof with
deep eaves soffit. Multicoloured stock brick with stucco dressings. Heavy entablature
above 1st floor is supported on 4 stuccoed giant pilasters which reappear above
cornice and run up to eaves. 1st floor of centre bay set back to form loggia
with balustrade above entrance. Gauged, flat brick arches to sash windows with
glazing bars (some sashes replaced) in wood lined reveals. External louvred
shutters added on ground and lst floor. Moulded cornices to ground floor windows.
Pilasters and entablature to entrance with half glazed double door, well set
back.
