Chest tomb with adjacent grave cover to south and 2 headstones to south-west. Ashlar. Chest: early C19, to Ann wife of Edward Simpson of ..odon Croft Lodge. Pulvinated Tuscan angle pilasters and moulded side slabs support top with moulded edges. Eroded inscriptions. Grave cover to south: c1830 to Capt. Robert Kipling, late of the 43rd Light Infantry Regiment, 1757-1830, and his wife Sarah d.1849. Small headstone: approx 0.4m high with serpentine top, inscribed `Here lieth the body of Robert, sone to Robt. and Isabell Walker...died August 22, 1741'. Taller headstone: approx 0.8m high, with shaped top. To An[n] daughter of Robert and Jane Kipling d.1772 aged 5, and Jane wife of Robert d.1747.
