Office building. 1890's. Stone with slate roof. 3
storeys, basement, and attic. 4 bays to Victoria Street.
3-bay curved corner, and 3 bays to North John Street.
Rusticated basement and ground floor with entablature over .
1st floor has attached colonnade with rusticated imposts and
keystones. Other windows have pilasters, panelled parapet
with dormers, that to corner with pilasters and pediment
with acroterion, others with consoled segmental pediments.
4 stacks with rounded ends and rich friezes and cornice.
