Outbuilding immediately west of rear
wing of Frith Hall Farmhouse

Outbuilding: probably combined wash house, pigstye and
henhouse. Early C19. Sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings,
and stone slate roof with brick chimney on ridge. The south
wall contains 2 doorways, the left-hand one narrow with a
quoined surround, and the right-hand one with a stone surround
and plank door. Between them is a C20 casement window with
roughly quoined surround. The west gable wall contains 2
narrow openings, at ground-floor and loft level.
